All treatments require commitment and may need multiple sessions.

BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

Deposits secure your appointment and are non-refundable.
They may be transferred with sufficient notice.

CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

PACKAGE VALIDILITY

All treatment packages are valid for 3 months.
Extended gaps require reassessment and may be subject to reactivation.

PREVIOUS CLINIC PACKAGES

Packages from previous clinic operations are reviewed under current policies.
Reactivation may be required to continue treatments.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on services rendered, packages, or opened products.

MEDICAL & SAFETY

Clients must disclose all medical conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if necessary.

NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS

Missed appointments or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require a new deposit to secure future bookings.
